Graduation ceremony

finally our graduation ceremony is here
i was really enthu for it well not because im leaving soon
but its the moment that every graduating classes sit together
as one to end of the 4 to 5 years together,
celebrating the moment of joy or sadness

how i use to take bus home after school during primary school..
so straight after school, i will chiong to the bus stop to bus home
so i dont miss the bus which takes 30 mins for the next to come
ok once i board the damn packed bus,
i will squeeze through the crowd and make my way
either to upstairs[if its a double decker]

to the back of the bus[if its a single]
erm then i will use my huge NERDY bag to chop the space
beside me so no one can sit[ in a way protecting myself from stangers]

instant noodle lovers,
Make sure you break for at least 3 days! after one session of instant noodles before you eat your next packet! Please read the info shared to me by a doctor. The wax is not just in the Styrofoam containers but it coats the noodles. This is why the instant noodles do not stick to each other when cooking.

If one were to examine the ordinary Chinese yellow noodles in the market, one will notice that, in their uncooked state the noodles are oily. This layer of oil prevents the noodles from sticking together.

Wanton noodles in their uncooked state have been dusted with flour to prevent them sticking together. When the hawker cooks the noodles, notice he cooks them in hot water and then rinses them in cold water before cooking them in hot water again. This process is repeated several times before the noodles are ready to be served. The cooking and rinsing process prevents noodles from stickin! g together.

The hawker then 'lowers the noodles in oil and sau ce to prevent the noodles from sticking if they are to be served dry.
