i have to say this week is a tiring one
on tuesday,

xi an ppl came for clinic,
i explained the safety procedures to them in CHINESE!!
you know my chinese standard~

so lousy still want me to say~

and that stupid joel GAY!
laugh and laugh when i was talking
stupid boy!!

oh then had abit of training
aft training,
we walked down hill as normal
but joker mushroom slowed us down
haha..

ya..we took like half an hour to walk down

on wednesday,

slackky day man!!
although i had 2 periods of emath

it was like no teacher la
that poky lim

then training aft sch..
walk down as normal

but not as much as on tues

today,

long day man!
1st was mt[stupid old toot toot chi tcher]
2nd emath[as usual]
3rd phy[time passed abit faster]
oh ya chong wore FBT today
4th eng[botak ooi lesson]
last was BIO!

ok training time
speed today
my timing sucked like hell la
range from 30 - 40 at 1st
then my last climb i got 26
not very great but improvement!

going to do better on mon!!
yayness knock out on mon!!
guessing who ill be competing!!
OMG its so scary!!
